The Wiggins Law Offices opened in June 2006. Founder Tony Wiggins has limited his practice to representing people who
were seriously injured through the negligence of others during his more than 20 years as a lawyer. He has represented hundreds
of injured people throughout Arizona during that time. Mr. Wiggins will continue to represent people injured or killed by
medical malpractice, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, dog bites, and other forms of negligence.
Mr. Wiggins has lived in Tucson since 1979. Except for about five years when he lived near the University of Arizona campus
while completing his undergraduate and law studies, he has lived on Tucson’s northwest side. This area of Tucson has
been underserved by many of the professions, including lawyers.
While continuing to serve clients throughout southern Arizona, Mr. Wiggins relocated his practice to the rapidly growing northwestern
part of the Tucson metropolitan area to become more accessible to people who live in Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina, Oracle
and southern Pinal County. The offices of the Wiggins Law Firm have been located approximately midway between the Pima County
Superior Court in downtown Tucson and the Pinal County Superior Court in Florence.
Tony Wiggins is a trial lawyer. His firm will continue to prepare every case as though it will go to trial so that each client
can obtain the best possible result. Mr. Wiggins will help each client to most effectively present his or her claim throughout
each stage of the case. He will not take a case unless he is willing to take the case to trial for the client.
